MIND

MIND is financial software dedicated to various business managements, starting from small businesses to high activity businesses with high influence in the market.

This product is developed with newest methods and technologies, where beside functionality priority is also set on design and usability. The standard usability in all application windows enables user to learn basically the whole system by learning how to use only one single window.

MIND is divided in editions and versions with purpose to satisfy client’s needs and to give them opportunity to select only desired functionalities and not being charged with functionalities they don’t need in their business.

Below is presented a short description of each MIND edition:
 
 

MIND Standard Edition

MIND Standard Edition is a tool that manages all business needs excluding accounting. MIND Standard Edition is primary focused on sales, purchase management and detailed reporting of sales and purchases.

Some of Mind Standard Edition’s properties are:

  • Management of Invoice sales 
  • Management of Invoice and delivery sheets (notes)

MIND Professional Edition

MIND Professional Edition manages all business needs including accounting. Mind Professional Edition includes sales and purchases, financial module and reporting.

The essence of this edition is to give the accountant/accounting companies the opportunity to manage the financial and reporting modules of all clients/companies without having to visit them. This will be possible through distance access where it will be possible to work online or by downloading data automatically.

  • Management of accounting of one or more corporations.
  • Electronic migration of accounting data from MIND Standard Edition, Professional and Advanced Edition to MIND Accounting Edition.
